Advise on site selection and project feasibility.
Develop preliminary site plans and layouts for prospective sites.
Support responses to municipalities and coordinate with design professionals.
Permitting
Review civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and landscaping plans, offering practical recommendations.
Provide input on design considerations: unit mix, layout, building materials, insulation, garage doors, finishes, parking, and amenities (water, power, climate control, etc.).
Assist in educating municipalities unfamiliar with the contractor garage concept.
Review planning and construction documentation.
Provide a pro forma template to support investor and lender discussions.
Advise on presenting the concept to investors and raising capital.
Assist with feasibility analysis and lender presentations to secure financing.
Construction
Explain the bidding process and contractor selection.

Stabilization & Management
